Höfner:

Höfner classical guitars are found everywhere from practice rooms to recital halls.

A guitar’s wood is what gives wing to the soul of its sound. Carefully selected for consistent grain
and acoustic potential, the woods used in Höfner classical guitars are patiently air-dried in our own
climate-controlled facilities before going to the luthier's workbench

Ramirez:

Lovemore Music are proud to be the sole representatives of Ramirez guitars in South Africa.

Jose Ramirez guitars are constructed from aged woods of the finest quality. Great care has been taken to use no wood before its time and to use woods characteristic of generations past such as Honduras Cedar, Cameroon Ebony, German Spruce, Cypress, Indian Rosewood, Jacaranda, and Red Cedar (which was first used by Jose Ramirez III when he discovered its immediate sonorous qualities.)

Amalia Ramirez personally supervises the construction process from start to finish, and all of the guitars must receive her final approval to indicate they are of the highest quality. Her desire is to practise the time honoured tradition of her father and build the very best guitars possible.
